Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This page describes current Veyra behavior — not a future product, not a vendor certification, and not identity verification. Member privacy settings live in Privacy & Security after you sign in. This document is the public Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Account: email, password (handled by the auth provider), alias, and optional profile fields you choose to add. We record versioned acceptance of Terms, Privacy, and 18+ self-attestation at signup.

Content you create: posts, messages, Sparks, Circle and Community activity, and media you upload. Media is stored privately and is not a public CDN. Delivery uses short-lived, authorized URLs.

Safety and operations: reports, consent and withdrawal records, moderation cases, security events, and public safety-intake requests (including optional contact email and optional evidence). Reporter contact details are not shown to uploaders.

Technical: session cookies, trusted-device preference, approximate IP used for rate-limiting abuse, and optional analytics on public marketing pages only.

What we do not do today

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run a live payment processor, wallet, or creator payouts. We do not require government ID for a depicted-person or NCII report. We do not treat 18+ self-attestation as age verification or identity verification.

Access and control

Signed-in members can use Privacy & Security for visibility, Privacy Lock, sharing defaults, and data/account controls that exist in the product today (including export and deletion requests where those tools are enabled). Consent withdrawal is a separate in-House flow for media you approved.

If you do not have an account and you are depicted in content, use the public safety intake. That path is built to contain distribution, not to open a public profile lookup.
