Terms of Use

Updated 17 August 2026 · version 2026-08-17.s1

This describes how Veyra works today. It is not a certification, not identity verification, and not a payments product.

What Veyra is today

Veyra is a private social house for consenting adults. Members use an alias, not a legal name, on their profile. The House includes feeds, messages, Circles, Communities, Sparks, Lounge, Theater, and private media sharing with consent and moderation controls.

Veyra is currently a limited pilot. Signup may be invite-only or briefly open under a capped campaign. Staging and this pilot use synthetic or otherwise benign test media unless a member uploads their own content.

Adults only — self-attestation

You must be 18 or older to create an account. At signup we record a self-attestation that you are 18 or older, together with your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. That record is age_attested / self_attested_18_plus. It is not age verification and not identity verification. Veyra does not currently use an identity-document vendor for signup.

If you are not 18 or older, do not use Veyra.

Your account

You are responsible for the alias you choose and for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, the Acceptable Use rules, or that we reasonably believe put people at risk.

Veyra does not currently offer payments, credits, wallets, subscriptions, or creator payouts as live product features. Do not treat any studio, incentive, or opportunity language as a promise of money.

Content, consent, and media

You must have the right to upload what you share. Intimate or identifiable media is held in a private pipeline: quarantine, malware scanning when enabled, depicted-person and consent checks, and staff media-safety review when a hold is required. Sharing can be frozen while a report is reviewed. Freeze is not automatic permanent deletion.

People depicted in media can object, withdraw consent through the in-House withdrawal tools, or use the public safety intake if they do not have an account. We do not tell an uploader a reporter’s private contact details.

Safety and reports

Safety contact: safety@veyrahouse.com or /safety/remove-content (no government ID required for depicted-person / NCII reports).

We review reports through existing moderation and media-safety tools. High-risk intimate-image and depicted-person reports are contained (distribution frozen) when we can reliably identify the asset. If we cannot reliably identify it, the request goes to an urgent staff queue rather than guessing or destroying content.

What these Terms do not claim

These Terms describe how Veyra works today. They are not a SOC 2, ISO, 2257, or age-assurance certification. They are not a payment or commerce agreement. Counsel has not signed this text; source files are marked counsel_review_required.

Safety: I'm depicted / remove content or safety@veyrahouse.com.
